Climbing walls
Designing, production and assembly are completely in our hands. The process of creating these walls is summarized in the four following steps.

Designing and Modelling
Everything starts on a paper full of dimensions, shapes and requirements. From this information, we create future models of the climbing walls.

Production – Formatting, Milling and Drilling
The production starts in our machining center. Formatting of big wooden boards into individual parts of functional elements and pre-drilling of holes.

Production – Completion and Surface Finishing
After the work in our woodworking center (CNC), additional manual assembly, surface finishing and completion of individual parts follow.

Functional Climbing Wall
We transport all the prepared parts and additional material straight to the intended destination. We have several teams that take care of the final assembly and construction.
